This Privacy Policy explains how pngjpgconverter.com ("we", "us", "the site") handles information when you use our image conversion and compression tools. We have designed this site to collect as little data as possible. Your images are never part of that collection.

Your images never leave your device

This is the most important thing to understand about how we work. All image conversion and compression happens entirely inside your web browser using HTML5 Canvas and WebAssembly. Your image files are never uploaded to our servers, never transmitted across the internet, never stored by us, and never seen by anyone but you. When you close the tab, any image you were working on is gone from memory. We could not access your images even if we wanted to — they simply never reach us.

Information we do collect

Because the tools run locally, we collect very little. The information that may be collected falls into these categories:

• Anonymous usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate, anonymous patterns — which pages are visited, general device and browser types, and approximate region. This data does not identify you personally and never includes your images.
• Local browser storage. We store a single number in your browser's local storage: the cumulative file size you've saved using the tool, used only to power the "bandwidth saved" counter. This never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us.
• Advertising data. We display ads through Google AdSense, which may collect data as described below.

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
